• Identity & Contact: Name, email address, phone number, and account identifiers.
• Workplace Information: Company or workplace ID, job role, and shift assignments provided by your employer.
• Foreground Location: Precise location while using the app for workplace attendance verification and distance calculation.
• Background Location: Optional, permission-based precise location for geofenced reminders and arrival/departure detection when the app is closed.
• Device & Usage Data: Operating system, device model, IP address, application logs, crash reports, cookies, and technical identifiers.
• Communications: Support requests, emails, submitted forms, and in-app messages.
• Payment Information: Where applicable, transaction metadata from our payment processor. We do not store complete payment card numbers.
• Uploaded Media: Images, files, or other content you voluntarily upload.

• Verify workplace clock-ins and clock-outs and prevent unauthorized off-site attendance reporting.

When personal information is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymize it.

• Foreground Location: You can disable location access, although attendance-related functionality may be limited.
• Notifications: On Android 13 and later, notification permission is required to display notifications. You can manage it through device settings.
• Marketing Communications: You may opt out of optional marketing messages at any time.

Our Service is intended for individuals aged 18 and older. If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a minor in violation of applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to delete that information.
